3. Information Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. As a guest, your favorites, language preference, and other settings are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to our servers. When you sign in, features that require an account — your favorited tools, tool ratings, and comments — are stored in our database (Cloudflare D1) and linked to your account identifier so they persist across devices. Information you voluntarily submit (such as the contact email in the tool submission form) is also stored in our database. You can delete account-linked data at any time by deleting your account.
4. AI Judgment Challenges and Team Pilot Requests
Blind Answer Challenges issue a random attempt ID and store answer order, your selected answer, up to three reason codes, attempt state, and timestamps. They do not attach a user account, persistent visitor ID, cookie ID, browser fingerprint, or answer text to an analytics profile. The active attempt token and anonymous answer payload may be kept in sessionStorage so a refresh can resume; they expire after 30 minutes. Raw attempt rows are retained for up to 90 days, and monthly aggregate judgment counts for up to 13 months. Challenge interactions do not call an AI model live. If you request a Team Pilot, we store the name, work email, company, team size, and workflow description you submit in Cloudflare D1 so we can assess and respond to the request; pilot leads may be retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or you request deletion.
5. Third-Party Services
The Platform uses the following third-party services, which may collect and process your information:
- Analytics services: for understanding website traffic and user behavior
- Hosting, database, and CDN (Cloudflare): website hosting, our database (Cloudflare D1), and content delivery
- AI features (Cloudflare Workers AI): text you enter into AI games and gadgets is processed to generate responses
- Translation (MyMemory / translated.net): when you use the translation gadget, the text you enter is sent to the MyMemory API to return a translation
- Identity and email (auth.richbay.com): account sign-in via magic links and passkeys, and related transactional emails
These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing these policies to understand how they handle your information. Do not enter sensitive personal information into AI or translation features.

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and analyze website traffic. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the normal use of certain features.
