Richbay AI is an interactive AI learning and building platform that provides Playgrounds, reviewed evidence records, practical learning materials, and maintained decision resources. The Platform may modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time without prior notice. The Platform shall not be liable for any losses caused by service changes.
2. User Eligibility
By using the Platform services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old and, if the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction is higher, you have reached that age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service
- All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. User Conduct
When using the Platform services, you agree not to:

4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Platform Content
All content on the Platform (including but not limited to text, images, icons, code, and layout) is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Without the Platform's written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise use the Platform's content. The reusable-template permission in section 4.3 and any explicitly stated license are exceptions to this restriction.
4.2 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you post or submit on the Platform (comments, feedback, etc.). You grant Richbay a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
4.3 Reusable Richbay templates
Unless a file states different terms, Richbay grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to copy, download, modify, and use its original templates expressly offered for copying or download in Learn Methods & Guides, for personal work, internal team use, and commercial work, including completed work delivered to clients. You may share the templates within your team and share completed records with collaborators or clients. Do not resell or redistribute the blank templates, including modified blank versions, as a standalone product or template collection. This permission covers only Richbay’s original template text; third-party model outputs, quotations, materials, and trademarks remain subject to their respective rights and applicable terms. No endorsement or guarantee of the results is implied.
4.4 AI Outputs
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Richbay assigns to you all of its rights, title, and interest (if any) in the text, images, or code the Platform generates from the content and choices you submit ("Outputs"). AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for verifying an Output before relying on it.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not represent our endorsement of such third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access third-party websites or use third-party services at your own risk and are subject to the terms and policies of such third parties.
6. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Platform services at any time for any reason (including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service) without prior notice. After service termination, the provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability in these Terms of Service shall remain in effect.
